Yes, we provide a 2-year limited warranty. Limited warranty: hardware failure by natural causes no external forces acted upon. If the equipment is purposely damaged it will not be a warrantable item. If the equipment was asked to be installed in a position when it may not be recommended and overheated or falls it would not be a warrantable item.
There is a fee for us to come and replace warranty items depending on which state you are located in.
STARTING 06/16/2023 WE WILL ONLY BE OFFERING 1-YEAR WARRANTY ON TELEVISIONS PURCHASED IN THE PACKAGE DEAL. ANY PURCHASES MADE BEFORE THIS DATE , YOUR 2-YEAR WARRANTY WILL STILL BE HONORED.
If your equipment fails and stops working due to any reason. We are not responsible for the loss of sales during that period! Please contact us soon as possible to troubleshoot your equipment.
